If a student's address changes, please login to your account and update the shipping address. You can access your account here: https://www.subbly.co/account/auth/login?store=collegepackit
IMPORTANT: Shipping addresses can't be changed for current orders through the account portal after the 14th of the month. Shipping address changes made after the billing date will only go into effect for the next order. Example: Billing date October 15; address changed in portal on October 17; box shipped on November 5 will go to old address. Please contact school post office for forwarding of mail.

All boxes, including both the subscription boxes and the one-time gift boxes, wll ship on or around the 5th of the month.
At this time, we ship only within the United States.
Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your box, if you are missing an item from your box or if you have a damaged item.
We do not accept returns at this time. Our subscription boxes are unique and meant to be a surprise for the recipient each month. If you feel as though they are not a match for your student, please feel free to cancel any future orders.
Shipping currently varies by box product. Shipping will be calculated during checkout and is typically applied to each product/box selected.
